1. No Smoking

We have a strict no-smoking policy throughout our property. Smoking is not permitted in any indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, balconies, and common areas. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment for the comfort and well-being of all our guests. Any violation of this policy may result in a fine as per our guidelines.

2. No Alcohol

To ensure a peaceful and family-friendly atmosphere, we have established a no-alcohol policy within our premises. The consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, dining areas, and public spaces. 3. Identification at Check-In

For the security and safety of all our guests, it is mandatory to present a valid government-issued ID card upon check-in. Accepted forms of identification include Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Voter’s ID Card, Driving License, and other recognized identification documents. We appreciate your cooperation in complying with this requirement.

4. Guest Behavior and Conduct

We kindly request all our guests to respect the comfort and privacy of fellow guests. Any disruptive or offensive behavior, including excessive noise, harassment, or illegal activities, will not be tolerated. Guests found violating these rules may be asked to leave the premises without a refund.

5. Property Damage

We kindly request all guests to treat our property with care and respect. Any damage or destruction to the indoor or outdoor areas, including plants and landscaping, will incur appropriate fines and charges. Your cooperation in maintaining the pristine condition of our property is greatly appreciated.

6. Advance Food Requests

To ensure a seamless dining experience, we kindly request guests place their food orders at least 5-6 hours in advance. Please note that last-minute cancellations will not possible due to our meticulous food preparation process.

7. Tips for Staff

As a gesture of fairness and equality, we kindly request that guests refrain from tipping our staff directly. Should you wish to show appreciation for our exceptional service, please submit any gratuity to the reception desk, and it will be distributed among our dedicated staff members as per your request.

8. Noise Control and Quiet Hours

To maintain a peaceful environment for all our guests, we kindly request that noise levels be kept to a minimum after 8:30 PM. Please refrain from playing loud music or engaging in activities that may disturb the tranquility of others. Your cooperation in ensuring a serene atmosphere is highly valued.
